Delivery

Our standard delivery charge is £2.20 and this covers packaging and Royal Mail First Class postage.

If you wish to opt for Royal Mail Guaranteed Delivery, the charge for this is £7.65.

Returns

You will be entitled to receive a full refund up to 30 days after receiving the goods if they are found to be faulty.

Please note that earrings cannot be returned.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives and it is discovered to be faulty please contact susan@tingtingjewellery.co.uk with details of the fault, including photographs where possible. We will endeavour to respond as soon as possible and if the item is deemed to be faulty we will ask you to return the item, refunding the cost of postage and a replacement item will be sent free of charge.
