Our Terms and Conditions are noted below. Please make time to read these, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy before you place an order.

We will try our best to provide both accurate descriptions and photographs of all our jewellery, however, some details may vary slightly from the image. We cannot accept responsibility for any variation eg, in colour, from the image you see on screen to the product you receive.

Hopefully you will find the website easy to use, but please check your basket before submitting your order. Once an order is placed we cannot amend it.

Our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

Ting Ting cannot take responsibility for incorrect address detail input during checkout. Any orders dispatched to an address incorrectly input by our customers will only be resent or refunded if the order is returned, unopened by Royal Mail. No refunds will be issued due to incorrect inputs.
